Jill is a strategic design leader who believes deeply in design’s ability to move people and drive progress. She brings a decade of experience working in nonprofits and agencies to create and grow social impact brands that engage, educate, and inspire action on critical issues such as the climate crisis, gun violence prevention, climate restoration, waste reduction, and women’s rights.
As Design Director, Jill collaborates closely with clients and leads Constructive’s design team to translate brand strategies into purposeful brand experiences. She also brings a deep focus on integrating content and narrative—leaning on her passion for, and formal studies in, journalism to create design that elevates crucial voices and perspectives.
Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Iowa State University. When she’s not obsessing over the details of her team’s work, Jill can be found in Colorado mountain biking, making playlists, rock climbing, river rafting, cooking, and taking life in with her husband, 5-year-old, and dog, Palo.
