Hi, I’m Dawn!
As Constructive’s Director of Projects, I lead our project management team, designing effective and efficient processes that increase project success and create great client experiences.
Q: What's one thing you won't learn from my bio?
I’ve always been a creative at heart—cooking, baking, making African paper beads, candle making, soap making, glass etching, photography, sewing (badly)—but my true obsession is hand bound artist books. Some people collect shoes, I collect Japanese artist papers and book board.
Dawn brings 25 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and multiple industries—leading with a steady hand, calm demeanor, and a wealth of knowledge in cross-functional project and risk management. As Director of Projects, she is instrumental in fostering Constructive’s culture of performance and accountability—designing our strategic project management practices and implementing the business systems and tools needed to measure execution. Dawn is a consultative partner to clients and Constructive’s team, working closely with both, providing vital perspective, and ensuring that communication is clear and expectations remain aligned.
As creative as she is organized, Dawn earned bachelor’s degrees Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College. In her spare time, Dawn has a passion for bookbinding and cooking for family and friends—inspired by the love of food and culture from her Belgian mother and Bajan father.
