I’m Constructive’s Technology Director and I have extensive experience in backend development.

I'm a geek that once lived alone with three cats, and still ended up with a partner, and child. There’s always hope.
Aaron started programming over 30 years ago on an Atari 400 and hasn’t stopped since. With his three decades of experience in engineering, technical design, and management, Aaron applies his deep knowledge to build complex digital products by bridging the gap between ideas and technical execution.
He is an expert in a wide range of front-end and back-end engineering technologies who also brings a deep focus on infrastructure, resiliency, accessibility, and lightweight coding practices. Aaron has worked for multiple startups, in many languages, and executed both management and development roles—experience he is now dedicating to bringing enterprise-grade technology practices to the nonprofit sector with Constructive’s clients.
When he’s not aiming to make the world a better place through innovative software development, Aaron spends time relaxing with his girlfriend, son, pet rabbit, and their talkative dog.
