We’re excited to announce the launch of The Legal Aid Society’s new website! Over the past few years, we’ve been fortunate to work with their team on an organizational rebranding—culminating in the design and development of their reimagined website. As New York City’s largest social justice law firm with offices in all five boroughs, The Legal Aid Society’s website needed to be a reliable online resource for the diverse clients they serve. In rethinking their brand, we developed a visual identity system and messaging framework that are bold and innovative while remaining reliable and experienced.

We incorporated features like a Legal Glossary and a Get Help section with key takeaways into the site to help clients navigate the confusing legal justice system. Our team also developed the content for the site, taking care to develop clear copy for their many clients who might not be native English speakers. The website includes stories from staff across the organization, to showcase the many ways their team is making an impact in the city’s courts and communities.

The Legal Aid Society is truly a part of the fabric of our city, fighting tirelessly for the rights of everyday New Yorkers. We’re proud to have played some small role in helping them continue to deliver justice in every borough.
