We’re excited to announce that Real Leaders magazine named “Company is Community,” a podcast featuring Constructive Founder & Executive Director Matthew Schwartz, one of the fall issue’s “must-listen” episodes. The episode was one of six to earn the designation from a pool of 40 podcasts this past season. 

Real Leaders is a social impact network that seeks to elevate leaders and guide purpose-driven organizations in realizing their greatest social impact. The organization’s magazine covers inspiring leadership stories and solutions to today’s most challenging problems. This latest magazine feature, however, is not the first time Real Leaders has recognized Constructive. In 2023, the organization named Constructive one of 300 organizations to earn its annual Impact Awards. Constructive was one of just 23 marketing and media agencies recognized in the awards. 

In the “Company is Community” podcast episode, which was highlighted in the latest issue of Real Leaders magazine, Matt joined host Laura McKinney to discuss company culture at a social impact agency like Constructive. Together, they explore how Matt has grown Constructive from a company founded in his living room into a globally distributed branding and design agency. Matt also shares more about his dedication to building a community of leaders within Constructive.
