Constructive Selected as Top Impact Company for Second Consecutive Year

For the past six years, Real Leaders has recognized organizations that demonstrate a commitment to real-world solutions and measurable impact through their work. The annual Impact Awards assess organizations with incredible I.M.P.A.C.T (Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration and Transformation)—and aggregates scores to measure combined 5-year sales growth, revenue, and B impact assessments. With a mission of creating a more just, equitable, and sustainable world with our partner organizations, Constructive is honored to see our work recognized for accelerating impact on our world’s most pressing issues. 

This year marks the second year in a row that Real Leaders has recognized Constructive as a Top Impact Company. Also in 2023, our Founder & Executive Director’s episode “Company is Community” on the Real Leaders podcast ranked as their No. 1 most-listened-to episode. The episode explores Constructive’s focus on the real-world impact of our brand strategy work in service of advancing meaningful progress on issues of justice, equity, climate, and more.
